While crafting effective keyword-laden titles takes a bit of practice, it’s an art that’s easy to do well with. Just keep 3 things in mind:

1) As Joel pointed out, the title has to relate to the content of that page;

2) You want your keyword or keyword phrase prominent in it for the SEO value; and

3) It has to entice the searcher who sees it in the search engine, so that combined with your description the prospect decides to click YOUR link instead of the others on the page.

You’re right, Title tags are very important. They need to match the content of your site and at the same time tell visitors what the site is all about.

There always seems to be so much more to learn about SEO. I don’t know if you can ever learn everything about it. The keyword part of it is starting to make a little sense now. It wiil still take some time for the rest. Thanks.
