Hi,

One of the items you mention is free classified ads. You stated they have lost some of their effectiveness because it's free. There is some truth to that. However, for some of the higher page rank free classified sites like USFreeAds.com, the back links that result from them makes it worth keeping this as a viable channel.

One question I have, how did you get the Twitter ID text box within your blog? I'd like to add that to my blogs.

Thanks,
Jim

Thanks for this list. I have used some, but not all the methods and they definitely work over time.

Just re the free classifieds: Yes, they are overused, and you don't get many direct clicks (unless you post ads at, say Craigslist). But it's still worth doing because it can help with SEO.

Free classifieds often appear high in search results and are neatly categorized so if you place your ad in the right category, with a good, original ad you are giving good info to Google.
