Great stuff, thanks for keeping us informed. As someone who has tried Adwords truer words were never spoken. It can be expensive.

Hey Fred,

I agree with the others, you definitely need to be sending your paid traffic to a lead capture, otherwise you may just be throwing money away, or building someone else's list.

Especially if you are building an MLM. They might not want to join your program at that time, but if you build a relationship with them, then you can contact them down the road if something happens to their company, or you change companies later.

Sending traffic to a replicated site is only half the answer. I suggest sending to your own lead capture, then to your replicated site.

Just some thoughts from experience I've had in the past.

Best Regards,
Charles Burleigh

Your absolutely right about capturing names and addresses. I used to send ppc traffic directly to a number of affiliate offers and would maybe make money or just break even on some campaigns. Since I started to insert a squeeze page in between, my overall sales if anything have gotten better, and I capture a lot of name I can continue to sell to. It takes an extra step, but it is a well worthwhile step.

Just wanted to emphasize the most important part of your post - You must be collecting names and email addresses. Regardless of where or how you get traffic having the ability to contact people again is always the key.
